Description
Transfer by road to Kizimkazi a small village at the Southern point of the island where the oldest mosque in East Africa still stands. Built in the 12th century this unique house of worship bears testimony to the early arrival of the Persians in Zanzibar. From here you are taken by boat powered by an outboard engine into the sea in search of the dolphins and if lucky will be able to swim quite close to them as they are friendly and playful. After the boat trip, you can choose to go for snorkeling as the waters here are full of little fish and great coral reefs . Remember to take with you, your towel, shorts and swimwear.
